5 oz. (125g) firm tofu
Turmeric
Toast
This is really nice as part of a fried breakfast with mushrooms, tomatoes and veggie
sausages.
Drain the tofu and mash it. Fry it in 2 tbsp. vegetable oil, turning frequently. Add plenty of salt and pepper and a good pinch of turmeric. Fry a bit longer and serve on the toast.
